what does the peak be set to when it read aloud out of capacity on desktop?

It have to do with "Refresh Rate". The video card is sending pictures to your monitor faster than it can display them.

If you are using Linux, use the setup tool. (Yast)

If you don't know how to start the setup tool, log surrounded by as root, and edit the /etc/X11/xorg.conf folder.

Type "vi /etc/X11/xorg.conf"

Find the section that looks close to this:

Section "Monitor"

Identifier "CM752ET"

HorizSync 31-101

VertRefresh 60-160

EndSection

and change the galvanize rate to 60-60

Save with

":wq"

restart the computer

For Windows,

Start within Safe mode (Hit F* at the same time the computer say "Starting Windows 9X"

Choose Safe Mode

Once in Windows, right click the Desktop

Choose "Properties" -> "Settings" -> Advanced->Monitor

Set the Refresh Rate to 60

Hit OK, and restart Windows.

Have Fun!
I've be getting that too. I get it whenever I start up Linux.

I regard as it means that it can't see that the monitor is connected to the computer.
