what is "registry space"?

Run REGEDIT, and delete all of the entries surrounded by the registry (they are only near for convenience). Then reboot. If you still see the message, cpme back here and repeat your put somebody through the mill until you get an answer that works.
In computing, the Windows registry is a database which stores settings and option for the operating system for Microsoft Windows 32-bit versions, 64-bit version and Windows Mobile. It contains information and settings for all the hardware, operating system software (and most of non-operating system software too), users, and preferences of the PC and so on. Whenever a user make changes to "Control Panel" settings, or report associations, system policies, or installed software, the changes are reflect and stored in the registry.

When your registry is unproperly manage you can get messages resembling this. I recommend going to download.com and get a >>Registry Cleaner<<. This will feasible solve your problem. Hope this helps!
