what species of video card slot does the presario 6000 have, and what make a video card good besides its memory size?
what is a right graphics card to be exact compatible near a compaq presario 6000?
For Compaq Presario 6000 Desktop PC Series they come near
1600 x 1200 with 75 HZ , but you can upgrade to 2048 x 1536 at 75 HZ (Max vid. resolution) near video memory 64 MB (keep in mind standard is 32 MB).
What make a video card good...the pixil pipeline contained by the video card, which is the number of pixels the card can process at a time. Memory on your computer as you mentioned is important. I'm guessing the identify brand and more expensive cards would be better, but I'm really not sure.
