you should try ddr2 533mhz or 700mhz instead of ddr 333 mhz or 400mhz if your motherboard support ddr2
in actuality 333mhz is enough frequency for current processors and applications surrounded by market if you can receive 1.5 gb of ddr333 at the price of 1 gb ddr400 i will refer you to buy 333 mhz so you can have big virtual memory not virtual speed.
MHz means millions of cycles per second
so 400 million is better afterwards 333 ...
