Is chipset the motherboard beside integrated(onboard) Processor, Audio, Display and other chisp or can it be just a motherboard and different processors and external PCI devices?
What is a chipset?
A chipset is lately the motherboard and different CPUs, PCI devices, etc. can be added.
(A chipset itself is actually basically a circuit board that performs a particular function, but the general residence "chipset" is the motherboard.)
