What CPU is faster?

AMD X2 3800+

Intel Core 2 Duo E4300

What CPU is faster?

Actually at stock speeds the E4300 is faster, and overclocked it simply blows the other one away. I found an article give or take a few the E4300 that benchmarks it both at stock and overclocked against a handful of other processors. One of them is the AMD X2 4200+, so to compare to the 3800+ just assume the 3800+ would of late slightly underperform the 4200+. It doesn't really matter, the E4300 also pretty consistently beat even the 4200+ at stock speeds.
Not one of your choices, but it is a quad-core. http://www.intel.com/products/processor/...
Intel dual core with 3 Ghz
AMD X2 3800+ is faster it is a dual processor chip running at 2.0 ghz and the intel one is a 1.8 ghz dual core

So AMD X2 3800+ = 2.0 ghz x 2

& Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 = 1.8 ghz x 2

Its as simply as that you can look it up for yourself if you would close to here are the links just click the specifications on the right mitt side

You can overclock both chips and get more speed out of them but it will blankness the warrenty on the chip and by running it harder than what it is designed for will make both of them run hotter and not ending as long
Depends, stock the AMD is faster but only by a small border, but for overclocking the intel core 2 is the best.
It doesen't matter is your CPU is AMD or Intel. The dignified speed cpu is faster. Who has 3ghz or more speed is generelly a speedily cpu.
